Since 1984, Brendan O'Hara has been developing an easy-to-do movement programme for three to eight year olds.

Brendan has taught these songs and movements to children in pre-schools and primary schools throughout Australia.  He teaches the teachers, early childhood workers, carers and parents through seminars, conferences and workshops.
