Movement, The Brain and Learning - Stage 1
Movement, the Brain and Learning is a workshop designed for teachers, pre-school teachers, parents, students 14 years and over.
Normally presented over two separate days, this workshop gives theoretical information and practical techniques and skills:

an understanding of the ‘flow’ and interconnectedness of the PPRs as each emerges, develops, ‘participates’ and then integrates

there will be song and movement to re-inforce the information
Movement, the Brain and Learning is ideal for Inservice day/s for teachers and pre-school teachers. The above topics then become a menu from which individuals, schools and associations can choose for a specialised Inservice day or two.
Primitive & Postural Reflexes - Stage 2
This is generally taught over two separate days and explores the following:
- More on Primitive & Postural Reflexes and their role in our development.
- Explanation and understanding of the movements generated by the reflexes.
- The effects that "unintegrated" reflexes have on posture, learning & development.
- Theory and practice of beanbag movements for integration.
- More fun with the beanbag exercises.
- More on the effect reflexes have on the learning styles.
- How reflexes influence early childhood development.
Prerequisite: Stage 1

Primitive & Postural Reflexes - Stage 3
For Practitioners. This is taught over four days. For a deeper discovery of how each reflex assists our development.
- Testing the muscle groups for the reflexes.
- Comprehensive understanding of the movements generated by the reflexes.
- The effects each reflex has on posture and learning when unintegrated.
- A further look at the impact of retained reflexes.
- Principles and concepts of Qi Qong.
- The effect reflexes have on learning styles.
- Using light, colour, sound & toning to integrate reflexes.
- The emotional component of the reflexes.
- How to work with electromagnetic fields.
- Vision and the reflexes.
- Even more tools to accelerate learning and integration.
- Procedures for balancing and integrating the reflexes.
Prerequisites: Stage 1 & 2

For more than 20 years Brendan O'Hara has been positively impacting children's development. Brendan's Kindergarten sessions are for groups of up to 30 children and are accompanied by a teacheres and parents information evening.
